Don't miss out on this fun, community building event that will help fund our field beautification and update our curriculum and technology. Help us reach our total auction goal of $80,000 while enjoying a fun night out and bidding through our online auction!



PURCHASE TICKETS: Purchase your tickets NOW! Tickets are $30 per person. Ticket price includes entrance to the event, abundant appetizers, specialty coffee from Loft, delectable desserts from local eateries, and endless entertainment throughout the night. Don't forget to add some other fun items (listed below) at checkout!



 

LIVE EVENT: Doors open at 5:00pm. Come mingle with friends, capture the night at the The Booth Bus, win some amazing raffle/silent items and outbid your friends on the coveted Live Items!

• SILENT BIDDING: Silent item bidding will be done the old school way...on paper! The bulk of our items will be by Silent Bidding. Hover around your favorite item or bid your highest to scare away any competition. Highest bidder at 7:45pm wins!

• GAMES: You can purchase tickets for all of these games ONLINE NOW or at the door...you won't want to miss out on any of them! But they can only be won by Auction Event attendees! 

  • ​Raffle Items: Purchase tickets at (5) for $15, (10) for $25 or an arm pull (50+ tickets) for $50. Enter one ticket (or more to up your chances) to try to win great items of your choice. We have selected 10 amazing prizes for you to win.

  • Heads or Tails: Purchase a $20 necklace now or at the door. To kick off our live auction portion, you will have a chance to win an amazing basket valued at $500+ for only $20! Choose heads or tails when the auctioneer flips the coin. If you choose right, you move onto the next round. Last person standing wins!!

 

CHILDCARE: Not only do we have a great night planned for you but we've figured out your childcare for the night!

• Sign your kids up for our TLCS Parent's Night Out childcare event for 3 year olds - 6th grade! Receive a link to purchase a spot after you purchase your event tickets, spots fill up fast! You get 4 hours of childcare and your child gets dinner and entertainment for only $20 per child with a $50 max per family.

• It is also a minimum day at school. Feel free to leave your kiddos at Crosswalk or take them home for a break and bring them back for the evening. Our amazing Crosswalk staff will walk them over to the childcare event for you. 

 

ATTIRE: Come dressed for a date night out or in your Santa Cruz Locals casual attire. It's your night!
 

ONLINE EVENT / ITEM PREVIEW: We will be hosting our online event through Bidding For Good. If you cannot join us on March 22nd you still have the opportunity to win other awesome items through our online event that will run from March 15th - March 21st. ITEM PICK-UP: Any items you win at the in-person auction event can be taken home that night! Any items you win through our online auction will be ready for pick-up at the school office on Monday, March 25th.
