EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
Doors Open at 6:15 PM:
Start the night off by mingling with friends while entering our raffle and bidding on fantastic silent auction items. 

​

Silent Bidding (Old-School Style!):
The bulk of the auction will be silent, and we’re doing it the traditional way – on paper! Stand by your favorite items, raise your bid, and be the highest bidder at 7:45 PM to win!

 

Live Auction:
Experience the thrill of live bidding on some of the most coveted items of the night. Get ready for some fierce competition!

GAMES & RAFFLE:
Raffle Tickets:
Purchase 5 tickets for $15, 10 for $25, or an arm pull for $50 (50+ tickets - find your tallest friend for the best odds!). Enter to win amazing prizes – we'll select 10-15 incredible items.
 

Heads or Tails Game:
Buy a $20 necklace for a chance to win a $500+ value basket! If you’re lucky enough to choose the right side of the coin flip, you’ll advance to the next round. The last person standing wins!
 

Wine Pull:
For $20 (at the event only), pick a mystery bag and win a bottle of wine – old or new favorite. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

 

PRE-AUCTION FAM JAM DINNER AT BITTERSWEET BISTRO:
Join us for a delicious pre-event dinner at Bittersweet Bistro, starting at 4:30 PM. Bittersweet has generously reserved a section of the patio for TLCS diners, and a portion of the proceeds will go to support our auction event.

 

We’ve got your childcare covered

TLCS PARENT'S NIGHT OUT:

  • For children ages 3 to 6th grade

  • 4:30 PM – 9:15 PM

  • $25 per child (with a $60 max per family)

  • Includes dinner and entertainment for your child.

After purchasing your event tickets, you’ll receive a link to register your child for this fun, supervised childcare event. Spaces are limited and fill up quickly, so don’t wait to sign up!

 

Drop-Off:
Leave your kids at Crosswalk or bring them home for a break. Our amazing Crosswalk staff will escort them to the childcare event.

 

ATTIRE:

Dress for a night out – whether it’s decked out 90s, date night glam or laid-back Santa Cruz casual. The choice is yours!

ONLINE AUCTION PREVIEW & PARTICIPATION:
Can't make it in person? No problem! Our Online Auction runs from March 21st to March 27th. Check out the amazing items and start bidding early!

 

ITEM PICK-UP:
In-Person Auction Winners: All items won at the event must be taken home that night.
Online Auction Winners: Items won through the online auction will be available for pick-up at the school office starting Monday, March 31st.
