2011–2012 Fee Schedule

Application Fee: A non-refundable $50 fee must accompany the application of each new student.

Annual registration fee: Non-refundable $350

Registration payment option: $175 non-refundable fee paid with registration paperwork
$175 non-refundable fee paid by May 2, 2011
If the balance of the registration fee is NOT PAID by May 2, 2011 the space will be filled from our waiting list.

Tuition: Tuition is divided into 10 monthly payments (August 1st through May 1st). The first payment for the school year is due August 1st.

Tuition refunds: Refunds will be pro-rated if a student is being withdrawn during the school year, providing the parent has notified the school office in writing at least 30 days prior to the date the student is withdrawn.

Cross Walk: A parent must sign the child in to before school care. A parent must sign the child out from after school care.
Before School Cross Walk: 7:00am – 8:00am (8:01am – 8:30am is free)
After School Cross Walk: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

You will be billed $1.00 for every minute after 6:00pm.

After 6:00pm, a pre-authorized person from your child’s emergency card will be contacted to pick up your student. This is for emergency accommodation only. Frequent late pick up of your student may result in a request to withdraw your student from the day care program. Half-hour charges will be from the top of the hour to the half-hour. At one minute after the half-hour the hour rate would begin.
